  • The fact of acquiring a product through the FGC online stores implies the express acceptance by the consumer of each and every one of the general conditions of use, specified in each one of them.

     

    The next activities have specific conditions, which can be consulted at the following links:

    - For season ski pass purchases

    - For ski passes and ski resort services purchases

    - For purchases of summer activities

    - For purchases of tickets from the Rack Railway train and the camping area of Vall de Núria

    - For Tren dels Llacs purchases

    -  For Tren del Ciment purchases

    - For Parc Atronòmic del Montsec purchases

    At the time of making the online purchase regulated in these conditions, it will automatically lead to the acceptance by the buyer of each and every one of the general and specific conditions.

     

    1. Purchasing process and exchange of products:

    1.1 No purchase will be considered confirmed, and therefore not executed until it is 100% paid, and the payment confirmation is received (where the total cost of the products will be recorded).

    1.2 The document confirming the purchase is the confirmation receipt that the customer will receive, which they will have to keep as a voucher to make an exchange of the services purchased in case it is needed. The customer can make the exchange in various collection points which will be indicated depending on the products purchased.

     

    2. Benefits included in the prices:

    The benefits included in the products’ prices are the ones specifically agreed on the purchase. Therefore, everything that is not specifically detailed in the product’s description won’t be included.

     

    3. Cancellations:

    Purchases of free choice services during the current season:

    For purchases in online stores, you can exercise the right to cancel and withdraw from the purchase of unused services, being able to request free cancellation, prior to using the services and provided that it is requested within a maximum date of up to 2 days after the date of purchase. Otherwise, no cancellation will be accepted.

    No other type of cancellation is contemplated beyond what is provided at any time in the general conditions of use of each service provision.

    To request the cancellation of the purchase, you must send an email to the stations indicating the locator number, the amount of the purchase and the owner's data, within the indicated period.

     

    Dated service purchases:

    Vallter: ski passes can be canceled until 11 pm the day before the validity date, after that time no refund will be made.
    In the case of ski passes for 2 consecutive days with a date, a single day cannot be returned, once used it no longer allows any type of return.

    * The Leisure Park acts as if it were an undated service

    Vall de Núria: can be canceled up to 11 p.m. the day before the validity date, after this time no refund will be made.

    No other type of cancellation is contemplated beyond what is provided at any time in the general conditions of use of each service provision.

    To cancel the purchase, it will be done through the Customer Area in the Order History section. Going to the specific ticket and clicking on See details. If you are within the established period you will have the option to make the return.

     

    4. Responsibilities

    FGC will respond to any breach of their obligations, regarding the different services hired through the online shop. When the fault is ascribable to the customer, the selling agency, or the establishment, FGC will decline any responsibility. FGC reserves the right to amend or suspend programmed activities for security reasons, or any other reason, if necessary. In those cases, FGC won't take any responsibility.

    Regarding Vallter, the company carrying out the sale is Vallter S.A, with fiscal residence in Setcases (Girona), C/ Pla de Morens S/N, 17869, and the following ID number A17015165.
