  • GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SHOPPING

  • The fact of acquiring a product through the FGC online stores implies the express acceptance by the consumer of each and every one of the general conditions of use, specified in each one of them.

     

    The next activities have specific conditions, which can be consulted at the following links:

    - For season ski pass purchases

    - For ski passes and ski resort services purchases

    - For purchases of summer activities

    - For purchases of tickets from the Rack Railway train and the camping area of Vall de Núria

    - For Tren dels Llacs purchases

    -  For Tren del Ciment purchases

    At the time of making the online purchase regulated in these conditions, it will automatically lead to the acceptance by the buyer of each and every one of the general and specific conditions.

     

    1. Purchasing process and exchange of products:

    1.1 No purchase will be considered confirmed, and therefore not executed until it is 100% paid, and the payment confirmation is received (where the total cost of the products will be recorded).

    1.2 The document confirming the purchase is the confirmation receipt that the customer will receive, which they will have to keep as a voucher to make an exchange of the services purchased in case it is needed. The customer can make the exchange in various collection points which will be indicated depending on the products purchased.

     

    2. Benefits included in the prices:

    The benefits included in the products’ prices are the ones specifically agreed on the purchase. Therefore, everything that is not specifically detailed in the product’s description won’t be included.

     

    3. Cancellations:

    For online purchases, the cancellation is free, no cost will be charged before the partial or total use of the purchased products, provided that the cancellation takes place during the 15 posterior days of the purchase. Otherwise, the customer won’t have the right to ask for a cancellation.

    For those products with a pre-established date of use, no cancellation may be carried out once the pre-established date is passed, independently of the purchase date. Otherwise, the customer won’t have the right to ask for a cancellation.

    No other kind of cancellation is contemplated beyond what is provided at any time in the general conditions of use of each service. 

    In order to ask for a purchase cancellation, you should send an e-mail to the ski station indicating the booking reference, the purchase cost, and the holder data, during the indicated period of time.

     

    4. Responsibilities

    FGC will respond to any breach of their obligations, regarding the different services hired through the online shop. When the fault is ascribable to the customer, the selling agency, or the establishment, FGC will decline any responsibility. FGC reserves the right to amend or suspend programmed activities for security reasons, or any other reason, if necessary. In those cases, FGC won't take any responsibility.
