DRAW RULES "Win a ticket for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) for one of FGC Turisme's tourist trains and a family experience for 2 adults and 2 children at the Parc Astronòmic del Montsec". THE DRAW IS SUBJECT TO ALL RULES DETERMINED BELOW AND BY SPANISH LEGISLATION.
1.- Organizing entity: The company FERROCARRILS DE LA GENERALITAT DE CATALUNYA. with registered office at Carrer Vergós 44, 08017 Barcelona, with CIF Q0801576J, is organizing a DRAW called “Win a ticket for one of the FGC Turisme tourist trains and a family experience for the 2026 season”.
2.- Duration: Participation in the draw will be valid from January 1 to December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
3.- Requirements: All individuals over 18 years of age with residence in Spain may participate in the draw. Employees, contractors, directors, managers, direct relatives of FGC, and its associates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not entitled to participate. If any of the excluded people win, they will lose their right to the prize.
4.- Prize: The prize consists of 1 ticket for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) valid for one of the FGC Turisme tourist trains and a family experience for 2 adults and 2 children at the Montsec Astronomical Park. There will be 1 winner who will be selected randomly through the Easypromos platform and will be announced on January 26, 2026 through the FGC Turisme website. The prize will be redeemable during the year 2026.
The draw will be held among all the people who respond to opinion surveys on the FGC Turisme tourist trains in the established period (from January 1 to December 31, 2025).

The use of programmed or automatic means implies their automatic elimination. FGC is not responsible for any incomplete, misdirected or lost participation, or any error or malfunction, whether mechanical, electronic or of a human nature.
6.- Selection of the winner: The winner will be selected randomly through the Easypromos platform and will be announced on January 26, 2026 through the FGC Turisme website.
7.- Notification of the winner of the Prize: The winner of the prize will be notified of their status as winner immediately after being identified. FGC will contact them to notify them that they have won the draw and confirm that they accept the prize. FGC will provide the winner with the prize object of this draw. The impossibility of providing the prize means the loss of it.
8.- Reservations and limitations: FGC is exempt from any responsibility in the event that there is any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification. The winners must accept the prize within a maximum period of 72 hours, after which time FGC reserves the right to choose the next qualified ones in the reserve chosen by the system. FGC may declare the prize void at any time. No prize may be replaced or exchanged (including in cash). All taxes associated with receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
9.- Authorization of the winners: By accepting the prize, the winners authorize FGC to disseminate their name, surnames and image, in any public or dissemination activity related to FGC, without this being entitled to remuneration or obtaining any benefit other than that of the delivery of the prize. Refusal implies automatic renunciation of the same. And authorizes FGC to make commercial shipments by electronic means.
10.- Data protection: For the purposes provided for in Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data, the data provided by participants will be treated confidentially and compiled in a personal data file, with FGC SA being the owner and responsible for this file, with the address indicated above. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a letter to the email address [email protected].
11.- Acceptance of the Rules and Responsibility: Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these rules and FGC criteria regarding the resolution of any issue related to the development of this draw. FGC reserves the right to exclude from participation in the draw all those participants it deems appropriate and who fail to comply with any condition of participation included in these rules. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from their status as such. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Rules will result in the subsequent disqualification of the participant in the draw. FGC is exempt from any responsibility for damages of any nature that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the website through which participation is made. FGC will not be responsible for delays, losses or deterioration of the prize for causes that are not attributable to it.
12.- Applicable legislation: The terms and conditions of this draw will be governed by Spanish law. All questions that may arise from these Terms and Conditions will be expressly submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
13.- Modification of the draw rules: FGC reserves the right to modify this draw if circumstances so require. Likewise, the participant expressly acknowledges and accepts that at any time FGC may modify, interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel the draw.
