RULES OF THE DRAW “Win a ski pass/ticket for two people for the 24/25 season”. THE DRAW IS SUBJECT TO ALL THE RULES SET OUT BELOW AND BY SPANISH LEGISLATION.
1.- Organising entity: The company FERROCARRILS DE LA GENERALITAT DE CATALUNYA. with registered office at Calle Vergós 44, 08017 Barcelona, with CIF Q0801576J, is organising a DRAW called “Win a ski pass for two people for the 24/25 winter season”.
2.- Duration: Participation in the draw will be valid from June 1, 2024 to October 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
3.- Requirements: All natural persons over 18 years of age residing in Spain may participate in the draw. Employees, contractors, directors, managers, direct family members of FGC, and its associates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not entitled to participate. If any of the excluded persons win, they will lose their right to the prize.
4.- Prize: There are three prizes: 1 day pass for two people in La Molina, 1 day pass for two people in Vallter and a Rack Raiwlay + Cable Car ticket for two people in Vall de Núria, for the 24/25 season. There will be 3 winners (one per prize), who will be selected randomly using the Easypromos platform and announced on October 14 through the FGC Turisme website. The prize will be redeemable during the winter season of 2024/2025.
The draw will be held among all people who respond to opinion surveys of FGC Turisme mountain resorts in the established period (June 1 to October 1, 2024).
5.- Mechanics of the draw: To participate in the draw, it is necessary to follow the instructions provided in it:

The use of programmed or automatic means implies their automatic elimination. FGC is not responsible for any incomplete, misdirected or lost participation, or any failure or malfunction, whether mechanical, electronic or of a human nature.
6.- Selection of the winner: The winner will be selected randomly using the Easypromos platform and will be announced on October 14 through the FGC Turisme website.
7.- Notification of prize winners: Prize winners will be notified of their status as winners immediately after being identified. FGC will contact them to notify them that they have won the draw and confirm that they accept the prize. FGC will provide the winners with the prize for this draw. Failure to provide the prize means the loss of the prize.
8.- Reservations and limitations: FGC is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification. The winner must accept the prize within a maximum period of 72 hours, after which time FGC reserves the right to choose the next ranked winner in the reserve chosen by the system. FGC may declare the prize void at any time. No prize may be substituted or exchanged (including cash). All taxes associated with the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
9.- Authorization of the winner: By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes FGC to disseminate the name, surname and image, in any public or dissemination activity related to FGC, without having the right to remuneration or obtaining any benefit other than the delivery of the prize. Refusal implies automatic waiver of the prize. And authorizes FGC to make commercial shipments by electronic means.
10.- Data protection: For the purposes of Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data provided by participants will be treated confidentially and compiled in a personal data file, with FGC SA being the owner and responsible for this file, with the address indicated above. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a letter to the email address [email protected].
11.- Acceptance of the Rules and Responsibility: Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these rules and FGC's criteria regarding the resolution of any issue in the development of this draw. FGC reserves the right to exclude from participation in the draw any participants it deems appropriate and who fail to comply with any participation condition included in these rules. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from his or her status as such. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Rules will result in the subsequent disqualification of the participant in the draw. FGC is exempt from any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the website through which participation is made. FGC will not be responsible for delays, losses or damage to the prize for reasons not attributable to it.
12.- Applicable legislation: The terms and conditions of this draw will be governed by Spanish law. Any questions that may arise from these Terms and Conditions shall be expressly submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
13.- Modification of the terms and conditions of the draw: FGC reserves the right to modify this draw if circumstances so require. Likewise, the participant expressly acknowledges and accepts that FGC may modify, interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel the draw at any time.
