The Marrana Skyrace, the leading mountain race in the Pyrenees, celebrates its 13th edition in Ulldeter on September 7, 2025, with a renewed proposal by integrating into the prestigious FEEC Copa Catalana de Curses per Muntanya.

Organized by the MadTeam Hiking Club, the Marrana Skyrace presents up to four competitive circuits this year with a start and finish in Vallter. The classic routes of the Volta de Gegant, the Circ de Morens and the Passeig de les Marmotes evolve to offer new challenges without losing their beauty and technicality. The Volta de Gegant reaffirms itself as the challenge for absolute and experienced runners with 24.5 km and 1,900 meters of positive elevation gain, culminating at the summit of Bastiments (2,881 m). The Circ de Morens will be the stage for the junior race with 13 km, while the Passeig de les Marmotes will host the youth category with 11 km. The big novelty is the Mirador de Bacivers circuit, with 8 km exclusively for the cadet category.

Once again, the Passeig de les Marmotes will maintain its popular walking format for those who want to enjoy the landscape at a more leisurely pace. The Marrana Skyrace promises an authentic skyrunning experience with uneven ground, height and not a single meter of asphalt throughout its route. More information here.
