Next July 13, CIMS CONTRA EL CÁNCER is organizing a day of hiking that will take place in the Ter and Freser headwaters Natural Park around the Vallter resort. Participants can choose between four routes of different levels or the option of coming directly to lunch.

Description of the routes

• Route 1: Birth of Ter (3.5km – ascent with chairlift)*
• Route 2: Pic de la Dona (5.5km – 500m positive gradient)
• Route 3: Circular of VallTer (11km – 900m positive gradient)
• Route 4: Olla de Vallter Complete + Climb to the Gra de Fajol (13km – 1200m positive gradient)

As an alternative to the proposed routes, people who do not want to do any of them can go up and spend the morning in the Vallter station area, where there is plenty of space to play or rest and tables and benches to sit on, or come straight to lunch

Program:

• 9:00 am: Start of Route 3 and 4
• 10:00 am: Start of Route 2
• 11:00 am: Start of Route 1
• 2:00 pm: Lunch. The activity includes a sandwich and a drink. There will be alternatives for vegetarians/vegans and celiacs, apart from taking into account possible intolerances and allergies.
• 3:30 pm: Parliaments

*The mileage of route 1 (3.5km) measures the descent. The price of registration for route 1 includes a chairlift ticket from Vallter to the sources where the river Ter is born. Registered people can use it for climbing or descending, regardless. In any case, the route recommended by the organization is the ascent by chairlift and the descent on foot.
