A total of 63 machines for collecting and selling ski passes and tickets among the 6 FGC Turisme resorts that favors the comfort of visitors

The main objective of the digital transformation that Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) is implementing in all mountain resorts is to offer a better service and in this area has resulted in the installation of 8 new machines for the sale and collection of ski passes and tickets at the access points to the resorts. The main effects are that users will avoid waiting lines and will have easier and more direct access to the slopes.

This extension of machines adds up to a total of 63 machines between the 6 stations of FGC Turisme. Specifically, there are 33 machines for collecting ski passes and tickets, 25 automatic sales kiosks and 5 sales assistance screens.

In addition, FGC resorts have incorporated open wifi coverage to the entire ski area. In this way, all users who are enjoying a day of skiing or snowboarding can consult the Internet with their mobile devices from anywhere in the station.

In this line, Ferrocarrils continues working on the "Ticket Office 0" project through the support of the PiriNeu365 card, which allows to buy and recharge all the products sold in the online stores of the six FGC mountain resorts (season passes, day passes, gondola lift tickets, rack railway tickets, etc.).
