La Molina will host, once again, a FIS snowboard-cross (SBX) World Cup circuit.
On Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of March, La Molina will receive the world's best snowboarders to compete for the sixth World Cup Snowboard Cross (SBX) of this season. The qualification round will take place on Saturday and on Sunday there will be the final, in the Alabaus area. It is expected the participation of approximately 70 athletes from 20 different countries. Lucas Eguibar, winner of the circuit in the 2014-2015 season and third finalist in the 2015-2016 season, will be there too with the two ohters Spanish riders from RFEDI.
The ski resort already hosted the final of the World Cup SBX Circuit in 2015, the Snowboard World Cup in 2011 and since the winter of 2008 it has been holding snowboard World Cup FIS competitions.

The Catalan Corporation of Audiovisual Media, SA (CCMA) organizes a contest that will award the followers of "Temps de Neu" who participate in the program. Between all the winners of the question, they will give 25 double passes to enjoy the spectacle of SBX Sunday 5 March, in La Molina. Participation is open until March 2.
